Positive: New building Relatively clean, no nasty bugs Well equipped kitchen Toilet paper, soap and kitchen towels.
Negative: Bathroom fan was not working, as a result there was mold and mildew in the bathroom. The balcony is next to the forest, one of the pictures in the apartment description is wrong. There is no mosquito screen and since the apartment is next to the forest, after 8pm or so it is no longer possible to open the balcony, as all the bugs from the forest - flying or crawling - are trying to enter the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor, bathroom fan is not working, and the walk-in shower is using low quality drain - so there is some sewage smell in the bathroom. It is possible to remedy by closing with a cloth the drain grill, but the owner should fix the bathroom fan. Too much furniture for such a small apartment. Sound proofing is not good.
