Positive: One word: Cozy. The moment you step in, you somehow feel comfortable like you are at your own home, but in the heart of Tokyo. Every room is spacious, has enough privacy, and can easily fit a large family of 6-7 pax. Also noting that it has two toilets, which is quite rare in Japanese private properties. Once again, design and functionalities are catered for larger families. Whole space is super clean with all the kitchen supplies for comfortable cooking. Close proximity to convenience store, supermarkets, super popular bakery outlets, and beautiful shrines and parks to just stroll around. Would definitely recommend and will use again when me and my family visit Tokyo!

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is incredibly convenient with easy access to transportation. The host was very responsive and promptly addressed any issues we had. Although the air conditioning took a bit of time to start up, it worked perfectly and kept the place cool and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Positive: The home was spacious, with a lovely layout. It was decently maintained, and for us, a great location with easy train and bus access. There were plenty of grocery stores and other shopping within a short walk. It was close to Hanada International Airport, and a reasonable taxi fare to the home. Communicating through Booking.Com was easy and quick. We would definitely stay there again.

Negative: We found it difficult to operate the heating & appliances as we were not fluent in Japanese. Operating instructions were not as detailed in English as we needed.
