Summary: Helpful, cordial staff. Loved the filtered water, compostable coffee pods, and the ironing room. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. The room was clean and simple, and remarkably quiet.

Summary: I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience. Firstly, the noise level was unacceptable — loud train noises started as early as 5 AM and continued until almost midnight. It was difficult to get a good night’s rest. Secondly, the room lacked basic amenities such as a rubbish bin, which was quite inconvenient. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the stay. On multiple occasions, essential items like toilet paper and hand soap were not refilled, even though they had run out completely. The most serious issue was with the shower. The drainage was blocked, and water would not go down properly. I reported this to the front desk before leaving the hotel for the day, and they assured me someone would take care of it. However, when I returned in the evening, not only had nothing been done, but the problem had worsened — water from the bathroom had flooded into the bedroom area. We ended up having to switch rooms late at night, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the stay was far from comfortable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.

Summary: Although quite a walk to train stations, it's in the middle of La Defense and Nanterre stations. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hotel has coffee, tea and pastry available in the lounge for 24 hrs. Has coffee maker in the room.
