Negative: Paid for heated Pool but group hoped for it to be warmer than it was but only a small thing. A safe in the villa would have been a handy addition.

Positive: The house is nice, with closed garden. the swimming pool is safe and quite big. The kitchen was sufficiently equiped. The frige and the oven are very good. The person handling the renting was very kind, and very available. She made big efforts to handle the plumbing issue we faced to get hot water everywhere, and was available to discuss the heating of the pool (we thought it was too cold). The house is not far from the airport, but there is no noise trouble. Kids had a very good time. Garden is quite well maintained.

Negative: I do not manage to receive an invoice with VAT and registration number for this renting. There was several hot water issue, and several plumber visits. this cause us some issue to enjoy the rooms. Note that there is an additional fee charge to get the swimming pool heated. Note that the photo of the rooms lay out are not updated : there is only double bed, no room with 2 single beds. Having a hoover to clean up while we stay would be very usefull. You need a car to get to big supermarket, only a small shop is available nearby.

Positive: Spacious house in a great location just outside of malaga and close to airport. Great for groups with kids!

Negative: We paid extra for pool heating, but the pool remained chilly. Also would have liked some warmer blankets on the beds.

Positive: The property was absolutely exceptional. The villa is large and spacious and contains everything you would need. The property comes with a large garden, a heated pool and another outdoor dining area. The property sleeps 12 guests very comfortably and the rooms are amazing, comfortable and clean. The villa is in a lovely area and is about 20 minutes drive from Malaga city centre. Stef, the host, was very helpful and provided us with any information we needed very quickly.
