Positive: Huong communicates really well and beyond a Superhost. He goes way beyond the call of duty.. went out of his way to arrange airport pickups, two tours and even left a parting gift. Hoang even packed breakfast for us the previous night so that we do not have to find breakfast early morning for one of our tours. Extremely thoughtful and a super awesome experience. This house is 15 minutes walk to the Old quarter area and away from the din and bustle. Bathrooms are squeaky clean. Kitchen could use some utensils, a strainer and a few more tea/coffee cups and bowls/pans if you want to cook. There is plenty of street food/fruits in Hanoi so we did not have to cook. Thank you for a wonderful experience and your warmth and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Positive: The apartment is very spacious, and the bed is great. It’s perfect for a large family trip. We felt more comfortable with just 6 people staying in the large apartment with one smaller room. This apartment would be ideal for at least 12 people or more. The host responds to messages very quickly. The only downside is that the house is located in a very narrow alley, but the host will come out and show you the way very easily.

Positive: Great house (we took the whole building) in a quiet yet very central area in Hanoi. There is plenty of space for a large group and we really enjoyed our stay. Huong was fantastic, from start to finish, arranging airport transfers, day trip, breakfast and even giving us a gift just before we checked out, we would definitely recommend this house rental (and will likely book again in the future!)

Positive: This apartment is truly an ideal place. Location is incredibly convenient store, close to amenities like supermarket, Hoan Kiem lake…anything else. Great security and quiet environment - perfect for a small families or anyone who values privacy. Their regulation is to provide a photos of passport for them to declare temporary for foreign customers, its a normally when I travel in Asian countries. They provided us with a complete and clear checking-in process, welcome us with warmth and hospitality. We will recommend this apartment for our friends in the future when we comeback in Ha Noi
