Summary: Clean, friendly, well located and very competitively priced - with lots of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants within very close walking distance. About a 10-15 mins walk from the port.

Summary: The hotel is very well located in the center of calle Real shopping Street. However, we had to ask for bath towels as they were not in the room when we arrived. Also, there was no shower soap nor shampoo; so, we used the hand soap for showering; and we had to buy our own shampoo. The heating system was listed among the room amenities; but the heating system did NOT work at all while we were there in January. It was cold. For the price they charge, they could at least provide heating, shampoo, and shower soap.

Summary: Our stay was ok. Room ok and staff were nice. But the hotel is quite dated and does not look like the pictures. It is more like an «oh, nice» said slightly sarcastically. But it is good value and good location.

Summary: Hotel well-located in the center of Ceuta, within walking distance to all the sights, beaches and shopping. I had a very large room with balcony and a bathroom with jacuzzi, excellent value for money.

Summary: This hotel was the perfect place for our family of 4. The family room included bunk-beds, and a terrace overlooking the port and Gibraltar. It was very quiet, considering it's location in the center of the shopping and dining scene in Ceuta. Everything we needed was provided and the staff was very friendly. I can also recommend the restaurant, Itaca, for a delicious meal and great wine selection. We'll certainly stay here again!

Summary: Amazing location in Ceuta. Very clean and the staff were great. My only complaints are… The air conditioning is not that great and it is Africa so you need that. I also did not like that staff turned off the AC when I went out on the town during the hot part of the day. You need to use your room card (or any card) to keep the power on in the room. They popped that out…. Also my room was a bit “worn out” the floors had some major wear spots. I really enjoyed the location, being right in the middle of the shopping street with lots of food options.
