Summary: 1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty 2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke 5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles 6. Floor is so worn out 7. No bellboy to help with luggage 8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service.

Summary: Good location, good breakfast. Staff pleasant. Room small and had no view. Needed airing, but had most amenities, except no tea or coffee. Fair value for money.

Summary: The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and competent, the only thing that I didn’t like is the bed and the covers, they’re outdated and not comfortable.One thing that was excellent was the fold at the VIP, it is to die for!
