Positive: The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with a few private parking spots. We found it very clean, very comfortable and the AC was already on when we arrived. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette was stocked with the essentials. The location is fantastic: our bedroom window looked directly towards the Puro bay. It was a bliss watching the sun rise on the ocean. We didn't try the pool but it looked lovely.

Negative: The water heater for the bathroom wasn't on, which is a bit inconvenient for a westerner like me who likes warm showers. It's nothing major though, so I didn't even think to bring it to the attention of the staff.
