Positive: We had a family getaway at this resort. I couldn't believe how such large piece of land was managed in the valley. Architectural layout is just awesome. Food was always full of flavour. Sitting in the adjacent garden was a treat in itself.

Negative: The artificial lake need cleaning. Might it have cleaner water and a fish habitat. Perhaps i'm expecting too much.

Summary: Value for money and an excellent getaway destination.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit. A special mention to the female staff members — which is a refreshing and positive change in Pakistan's hospitality industry — who went out of their way to assist my elderly mother. They helped her navigate stairs, suggested easier alternative routes, and even arranged a cart for her comfort and convenience. The food was excellent, with the breakfast buffet standing out — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. The property is kept clean and kept well.

Negative: The only downside was the access road to the hotel, which is in poor condition and needs urgent improvement. It was a bit of a challenge, especially for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns.

Summary: Overall, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I would gladly recommend this hotel
