Master with Queen Bed, 2 Queen Rooms and 1 bdrm with 4 singles (2bunk beds).
Fold out sofa bed in living room (BYO Linen)
5 minute drive to town for shops, cafe's and beach. 1770 Foreshore and Boat Ramp a few kilometers further on from Agnes Water township.

Plenty of room for parking boats and cars.
The property is on tank water, please use water wisely.

Summary: We loved our stay! The house was so much bigger than expected and immaculately clean. Plenty of room for everyone to come together, but also have their own private space. We loved our afternoon kangaroo and curlew visitors too. We'd definitely stay again!

Summary: Had a beautiful stay. The house was lovely, clean and BIG, had to have a packed lunch to get to the back room haha. Having the extra land was great for outdoor games. Only down fall was the pool had a lot of leaf in it. But we still had fun in it and it was nice and refreshing. Would go back again😃
