Positive: A solid choice for a stay. The apartment is clean, centrally located, and has a nice view from the terrace. All the necessary amenities like good Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available and work well. It served its purpose effectively.

Negative: While the apartment appears newly renovated, the finish is superficial. We encountered numerous issues, including a leaking sink, squeaky floors, and windows that wouldn't open. The constant street noise and lack of blinds in the living room made for an uncomfortable stay with no privacy from the restaurant next door. Be prepared for a challenging arrival; the free parking is a considerable walk away (ca.200m) and you'll have to haul luggage up a steep staircase with no elevator.

Positive: The apt. was very nicely furnished and easily findable.From the terrace it had a nice view.

Negative: The parking is 300m away, what makes the packing and unpacking of the car a bit unpleasant. We were not able to open the windows in the sleep g rooms, only the terrace door was possible to open. The cot hooks were off. The sink in the bathroom were dripping. The street was very loud, also with closed windows.

Summary: Pretty nice location, but the apt. is overrated.

Negative: There was still the last tenants rubbish in the bins. And the hand basin on the left was leaking onto the floor, so we did not use.

Positive: This guesthouse located very well with short walking distances to the main street of downtown, supermarket, shops and most attractions. It's also easy to park. The house was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom were all well-equipped and spacious. The view from our balcony was amazing! We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights.

Positive: It was in the heart of town, next to a supermarket, adjacent to free parking, with a terrace with an incredible outlook. The apartment was super spacious very comfortable beds).

Negative: The kitchen could do with a few more useful items, like baking trays (and another wire shelf, for the oven) & tongs. We required more laundry powder, but quick calls/texts were responded to immediately and efficiently.

Summary: A clean and spacious apartment in the perfect location.
