Negative: I was given used towels. My towels were very dirty. I assume they just folded it after the last client.

Positive: This place poses a great opportunity for connecting tourists driving from the Masai Mara to the Serengeti or connecting to Uganda via the Busia border. We made a stop on our way to Uganda after our experience in the Masai Mara. Unfortunately, the services did not measure up to tourist standards. Our guests complained about noise, uncomfortable beds, and stone-tiled room floors that looked unclean and dusty. The ladies on duty appeared surprised upon our arrival, even though the booking had been made well in advance. They seemed unsure of how to welcome visitors and looked scared and not in control. It appeared that the place is managed or owned by a very strict owner who is not always on the ground. The staff did not seem free or empowered, which was evident during check-in when they could not generate door codes for a smooth process. While cameras are understandable, the owner needs to empower the people on the ground. Interestingly, despite having paid online two months in advance, the staff could not prepare meals on site and had to run to the market to shop. Our visitors noticed this and chose not to have meals at the property. Overall, it is a nice location and has strong potential to attract more business if the owner managing remotely empowers the staff on site.

Negative: It was not easy to find but the hosts were very helpful to guide us on the phone. Would be nive for you to have a sign!
