Summary: A hotel that felt safe, parking was included in room fee and was available, had an active pool and had present staff. Room was standard. Would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan to clean up all the sand. Vents in bathroom appeared to need cleaning. Otherwise, the room and property were acceptable. Would stay here again.

Summary: The motel is great and is located very conveniently. The on issue we had was that the curtains could have been a little longer as the lights outside always beamed through the bottom lighting up our room all night

Summary: This is our 3rd stay at Oceanas. The Hotel and staff are amazing for the price. I am an InnKeeper of a high end Bed and Breakfast and when I am at the Ocean, I am at the Ocean and boardwalk. The rooms are basic and provide all that you need. The hotel is extremely close to everything and the room was spotless and everything was fresh. We will be back.

Summary: Outstanding beach town motel with pool - essentially right on the edge of the concentration of a plethora of shops and restaurants and bars, and it’s an easy 7 minute walk to beach. Very clean, comfortable, convenient rooms and staff was very friendly. Although it was offseason (week before Memorial Day), the price for the two night stay was an incredible value.
