Summary: The place was so beautiful and in a great area! The private beach access was amazing. The space was very clean and well maintained. The full kitchen was perfect for making meals and having small children. There was a gate on the porch before the main stairs which was also great for small children. The view was beautiful. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The managers were very friendly and responsive with questions and comments. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway or vacation with friends. It accommodates people in all phases of life to come together for a fun beach trip!

Summary: I feel lucky to have found this rental in Atlantic beach. It was perfect! Right across the street from the beach. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. We enjoyed all meals out in the porch with views of the ocean, walked across the street to the beach every day, and the beds were comfortable!

Summary: The pictures do not do it justice-- it is even cuter in person. We had a absolutely fantastic time. The house is really clean and in a wonderful location. Had a little hiccup when we first got there and the owners were incredibly gracious and accommodating-- fixed the issue super quickly. Would love to stay there again!

Summary: The property is great. It’s steps away from the beach. The view is good. Close proximity to lots of choices for dining out. Or if you choose to cook the house is stocked with everything you will need. Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still had a good relaxing couple of days. I will book again.

Summary: This is the perfect property for a family beach trip. The short dune path is right across the street. The house was spotless and well stocked. There was a hose for washing feet right by the door and one downstairs for beach chairs and toys. Restaurants and groceries aren't far away. We would stay here again.
