Positive: It was my dream house. If this house was in another marketing-area it will be a hidden gem. For a family with small children it is perfection. The garden, the facilities, it felt like home or even better.

Negative: It's not the propriety fault, but Palio is not...Santorini or another wow area of Greece. It's quiet, silent and not so full of restaurants/markets. Also you should know that the road from the Main road to Oceanides it's a little harsh.

Positive: I liked everything about the property. Firstly it is located in a quiet suburb 7km from the city center. The sea is at walkable distance around 200m and there is also a supermarket nearby. The house is renovated recently and has everything a guest might need. We felt like we were at home. There is an outdoor living room and a bbq. The hosts are maybe some of the kindest people we have met they offered us a bottle of wine and some Greek delicacies. We enjoyed the tranquility of the location very much. What I would like to mention is how clean the house was. The linens had a fresh smell which is something a rarely see on hotels and even more rarely at apartments. We adored it so much we decided to stay an additional day in the middle of winter . Special thanks to kostas for the hospitality and the great experience . We will be back soon . Free parking in the premises is a huge plus

Positive: Beautifully decorated house. Rooms were cozy and warm (visited during the winter). Nice yard with patio. Kitchen and bathroom were equipped with all necessities. House is located in very calm area.
