It doesn't get much better than this! This amazing, Hacienda-style villa is located directly at sea and has its own private beach. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, each with private, large bathrooms. And there is much, much more! This villa has a spacious open kitchen, central AC in parts of the villa, a jacuzzi on the beach, and of course a private swimming pool.
This fantastic villa situated directly at sea has its own private beach with jacuzzi, a private pool, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The living room is very spacious with high ceilings, multiple seating areas and a large smart TV. The open-plan kitchen has a cozy bar area where your guests can enjoy sipping on their homemade cocktails. In case you prefer to grill: an outside gas BBQ is offering you that perfect home away from home feeling, while the music is playing throughout all areas and your family is enjoying themselves.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a phenomenal view of the turquoise sea. It has a large double bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with two showers, toilet and bidet. All the other spacious bedrooms are located in the west wing, each with its own private bathroom and access to the patio.
Next to the pool is a palapa (an open space with a canopy made of dried palm leaves) where you can lounge and enjoy the sunset. It overlooks the private beach with the jacuzzi. You will find another bathroom/shower the beach.
Because the sea is quite rough on this side of the resort, we only recommend swimming directly from this beach if you are a very strong swimmer. If you are, you will have the benefit of snorkeling in one of the most beautiful spots of the House Reef on Coral Estate. If you're an inexperienced swimmer, you can head to nearby Coral Estate Centre. Or your own pool, which is even closer.
Casa Medina is located on Villa park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou, west of Willemstad. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving, and snorkelling. Summary: This property was perfect for our large group of 5 adult couples. We all had our own bedrooms and baths centered around the common areas. This property is centrally located on the island, 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Willemstad and for divers there's a dive shop 5 minutes from the house. Management was very responsive, and maintenance, grounds and cleaning crews were onsite as described. Overall great experience at this property.

Summary: This is a very unique property located in a gated community with security called Coral Estates. It is located 30 min from Willemstad.There two restaurants and a pizza/coffee place, dive and gift shops, a spa as well as a nice beach club with chairs and swimming. I don't recommend swimming at the house as the currents are strong. These are all a 5 min drive, or 20 min walk from the house. The house has 5 bedrooms with their own baths which was perfect for our 4 adult children. There is a shared private beach with a kiddie pool and a palapa with a day bed great for reading a book relaxing, also a half bath, indoor and outdoor shower located outside the main house. An outdoor stereo system took some figuring out, but we got it working. The outdoor Palapa next to the pool was a main gathering place for us throughout the week and quite lovely. The property managers were very responsive before and during our stay, but we were not made aware off the construction going on next door starting at 8 am on the weekdays. This does impact the guest bedrooms and some outdoor noise during the day. There is a washing machine but no dryer. Clothes are dried outside on a rack. Maid service was every three days so make sure they leave you enough toilet paper and paper towels. I suggest you stop at Centrum Market on the way from the airport to pick up your food and incidentals. They do not provide napkins, tissues, spices, oils, shampoos or laundry detergent. All in all, it was a great stay.
