This 1 bedroom, 1 bath newly remodeled open floorplan kitchen with new appliances and fixtures is the perfect escape to relax and get away from it all. New French Oak floors throughout, a marble shower and large porcelain sink, master bedroom with the most stunning views to wake up to everyday. Take your morning coffee out onto an expansive teak wood deck where you can watch the whales, seals and dolphins swim right past your house. It is a surfer’s paradise with one of the best surfing swells in the country a few feet from your front door. Summary: I rented this place for my friends and me. The 3 things I want to point out are --- there were sands on the bed but as we spent at least 2 days, we realized how hard was it to get rid of sands since we went out to the ocean. it was a difficult process to turn on the dryer as it was very high and we had to get a chair to stand on it and stick our head between the gap to turn it on. renovation next door was still going on but it didn't bother us and they were super nice. overall, these minor issues, we still really enjoyed the stay and will recommend for friends and family. We will rent this place again in the future.

Summary: My husband and I went to Malibu for a little vacation for his birthday. It was a beautiful experience. The house is wonderful right on the beach with amazing views. It's a great place to getaway, we will be back!

Summary: This was an exceptional weekend stay at the beach. Outstanding communication by the property manager, who allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, in addition to making our last minute booking work. Dog friendly, which is hard to find, and our two pups thoroughly enjoyed their time running on the beach and lounging on the deck. Great location, just west of Neptune's Net and over county line, within close proximity to Trancas Cyn restaurants and groceries, as well as Point Dume. We will definitely return when we need a relaxing weekend to disconnect again!

Summary: We had a great week on the beach. The location is very private and the beach in front of the house was great. The house was clean and easy to navigate. I’d highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Malibu.

Summary: Property was exactly as advertised. I couldn't tell from the original pics how it would sleep 6, but the place has two futon couches and one bed for 2 in the master, so that's how. Love that all the rooms of the house open up to the ocean (as opposed to only the width of the house like so many other properties). Communication was excellent, and checkin was simple and easy. The property is located at the Northern most part of malibu, so those that want to travel to LA will have a bit more of a trek. However, if you are staying in Malibu or traveling North to Ventura or Santa Barbara, you will have everything you need nearby (Trancas Market < 10min, Neptune's Net 5 min, numerous other dining locations). Also, nearly private beach was perfect for children, boogie boarding, walks in the sand. Overall exactly what we needed for a perfect week of R&R.
