• Miles of beach exploration for shelling, swimming, digging, walking, kayaking and more.
• Bike, kayaks, toys, beach chairs and more fill the garage for your use! There are four kayaks with life jackets and paddles and bicycles with helmets for your use.
• Enjoy the expansive decks, one at the water’s edge, with beautiful Adirondack chairs. The decks can be accessed from the Sunroom and Master Bedroom Suite.
• Enjoy BBQing with the grill or perhaps using the outdoor lobster pot, or even pack the beach wagon for an outdoor adventure – all included for your enjoyment!
Inside Details:
• Once inside the front door, enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors, 25’ vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows looking directly out at the ocean in the backyard.
• The fully stocked kitchen with plentiful counterspace offers everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.
• The sunroom offers a casual area to play games, do a puzzle, enjoy a meal, etc. all while having full ocean views.
• The large master suite has a king-size bed, SmartTV with DVD player, walk-in closet, large jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
• Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen-size beds and SmartTVs .
• The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen-size Murphy bed with a SmartTV and PS2.
• The spacious living area has plenty of seating where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the 50” TV and DVD player all in front of the gas fireplace!
• From all your adventures, there is a new full-size top load washer and dryer as well as a utility sink in the laundry room located in the hallway to the garage.
• The home sleeps up to nine people: 2 in the primary, 2 per each of the 3 queen beds, one per the twin daybed located in the open loft, and there is one pack n’ play for babies. There is also an air mattress for your convenience.

• The house is atmosphere is controlled by a geo-thermal heating/cooling system as well as an energy efficient heat/air conditioner pump for your comfort.
The home is located down a quintessential PEI gravel road. We recommend to winter and spring renters to have an all-wheel drive vehicle when visiting “just in case” during spring thaw.

Summary: We were a group of 6 adults (moms/daughters/cousins). So many great aspects to this place - all beds were comfortable - seating areas/dining/outdoor decks were spacious and comfortable - large well equipped kitchen - clear written instructions throughout the house on how things are used/operated - quiet neighborhood - amazing views - appreciated the welcome gift ❤️ The house was homey and comfortable and the owners definitely have put a lot of thought into the needs of the people who are staying there. It is a wonderful getaway spot for families/friends.

Summary: We could not have been happier with our stay. We were looking for a property that could accommodate our family of 4 and a set of grandparents. This property met and exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, bright, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our week there. We were able to relax and enjoy a week together and loved the beach, the warm water and the kayaks.

Summary: Beautiful house right on the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait... Or perhaps it has a different name. The house is awesome and the owners really want to ensure that it is kept up. Red sand beaches, access to kayaks, bikes and so much more. One day is like to return it was that good.

Summary: We stayed at Warm Waters Landing on Strang Rd, St Nicholas for the weekend of June 7-10 2024. Our son and new daughter-in-law were married on June 8th in nearby Cap-Egmont. This home is welcoming, so tranquil and beautifully designed. Emily and Joe gracious and patient as we fumbled through unlocking the front door. :-) Although we were older adults on a busy weekend, we did notice that the home is accommodating for younger families - bikes, water craft, various lawn games. Also, at the end of a long exciting day, we appreciated the comfortable furniture and beds. My favourite entertainment on the property was sitting on the deck watching the aerial antics of the bank swallows who put on daily shows that would rival the CAF Snowbirds. We had a wonderful weekend. The Carsons
