Positive: Everything!!! Location was beautiful. The room was huge and comfortable and a big ocean view balcony. The beds were very nice. The large bathroom had a jetted jacuzzi tub and fabulous lighting....as seniors this is very important!! The attached restaurant was convenient and all the staff were wonderful. To top it off the entire hotel Is dog friendly.

Negative: Nothing worth mentioning.

Negative: Every door seemed to slam shut. The door to the adjoining room was thin, and you could hear everything. Having onsite laundry was a huge plus but there were no off hours, so if you had a room across the hall you heard the machines going at all hours of the night

Positive: It was walking distance to battery point lighthouse

Negative: I couldn't get any extra towels. I asked, and they said they needed me to bring them my dirty ones first. There were no "do not disturb" signs, but housekeeping did not come (we stayed 2 days). The wifi was weak. My room had a few bugs in it. The restaurant did not have many good options for eating and was crazy expensive. I could NOT see the ocean from my room. It faced the ocean.

Negative: Door latch was broken, downstairs bathroom was not functioning. and one bathroom outlet was out.

Summary: The hotel is lovely but it is time to a few repairs and upgrades.

Positive: The location being right next to the beach was amazing! That's about it.

Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable! And the whole room/hotel was pretty run down. I figured it would have been in better condition paying 250 a night.
