The outdoor pool is only available in July and August. The pool house is closed mid November to mid April. The main house where you can sleep up to 10 people for the winter months. Starting mid April to mid November you have access to both houses where you can sleep up to 16.

Lots of room very spacious and you will even finds some hidden bedrooms. Kids will absolutely fall in love. It is mostly suitable for 3 families. Enjoy the nice sunset on the ocean from the top balcony of the pool house is simply amazing. Very quiet and relaxing. Enjoy the air conditioning in the main house also on those hot summer days! The fire pit is out of this world surrounded by stained glass panels! This property features a nice grill and a BBQ at the tiki bar where you can cook and enjoy a beverage at the same time. There is a kitchen in each house.

Summary: This was once a great family owned and used property. Not sure how long it has been a rental but it is starting to get run down. Only 2 actual bedrooms, everything else is mattresses on a floor, an area with a bed or two or a pull out. Only the main living area and the main bedroom have air conditioning. Could not get satellite tv working, usually not a bigvdeal on vaca however we had a couple of rainy days. Speaking of which, water leaked into the smaller living room and the second floor of the pool house. We notified the owner who was responsive. Our family of adults had a good time while there it just didn't quite live up to the discription.
