Wake up to luxury in this newly remodeled oceanfront stunner, completed in August 2023.
Light, airy and modern, this home features white Oak floors throughout, warm wood ceilings and elegant tile in the bathrooms.
Spend your evenings preparing meals in the entertainer's kitchen, featuring a Fisher & Paykel cooktop range and built-in refrigerator, as you gaze onto the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain. You'll find everything you need in this well-stocked kitchen to make memorable meals with family and friends at the beach. The dining table offers ocean views too!
The open living room and lofted space above provide sweeping views of Manzanita Beach where you can watch the soothing waves or the many kite surfers just beyond the shoreline.
The home includes two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a California king-sized bed, both dressed in crisp white linens. The upstairs master features an en suite bath and balcony for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while relishing in the cool ocean breeze.
There is an additional sleeping space in the lofted area just up the short flight of stairs from the living room. This room is open to the other spaces in the home and functions as an additional lounge area during the day with a couch and television. There is a bathroom adjacent and the ability to create two Twin XL beds from the sofa that is in this room (see photos).
The upstairs en suite bathroom features completely tiled walls with a walk-in shower, while the lower level bathroom has both a shower and a tub. Both bathrooms also have heated tile floors. And did we mention the fluffy towels? You will certainly feel pampered during your stay.
The large front deck filled with Adirondack chairs is a wonderful place to enjoy a beautiful Manzanita sunset or relax after a long day at the beach.
The rear patio has an outdoor table, benches and a Weber grill. A 6-person Bullfrog hot tub sits elevated in the rear corner of the property for a spa experience with ocean views!
Before you enter the home after a long day at the beach, make sure to stop at the outdoor shower and foot spray located on the side of the home.
The basement of the home features a Speed Queen washer and two dryers along with a ping pong table for competitive matches between young and old!
Just in front of you is beautiful Manzanita beach, where bonfires are still permitted, unless restrictions are in place at the time of your travel. Spending an evening making hot dogs and s'mores over the fire by the ocean is an experience one won't soon forget.
The charming town of Manzanita and its quaint downtown are just a few minutes away on foot. Stroll down Laneda Avenue and visit any of the restaurants serving delicious cuisine from gourmet breakfast & lunch specialties to a lively pub, high-end dining, and Mexican fare. Summary: Renae's place was amazing! Just steps from the sand with continuous views of the ever-changing ocean. The home itself is so wonderfully done with thoughtful appointments throughout and everything needed to enjoy a week at the shore. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This is by far the nicest property we have stayed at. Everything was immaculate. The home had everything we needed. Most things were brand new. Very CLEAN! Right on the beach in close proximity to everything we wanted to see or do. Highly recommended. Will return.

Summary: Excellent communication with the host and easy-to-follow instructions. Beautiful beach side home. Very clean and well stocked. The best part was the easy walk to the beach and the sunset views from the front porch, kitchen, and living room couch. It is a short walk to quaint downtown Manzanita.

Summary: The house is stunning and has great views of the beach. It is walkable to town and close to some other great beaches, hikes and other activities. The house itself is very well equipped with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and high end applicances. Renae is an amazing hostand provided us with great ideas for tbings to do in the area. Summary: I agree with all of the other reviews. Location was perfect, hosts were incredible, home was immaculate, heated floors in bathrooms were a luxury, hot tub was amazing. The ONLY thing keeping me from leaving a five star review is privacy. And the only reason I am leaving a note is so anyone who is concerned about privacy is aware since we were not. There are no window coverings on any of the windows except for the bedrooms. The loft, which is advertised as a third bedroom has a sliding door to the back yard that isn't covered, and in the evenings when the lights are on anyone who is driving by or who is sitting on the deck next door or in the rear of the house can see everything you are doing. It was a little unnerving for our group. It was lovely during the day to really see the view of the ocean, but pretty uncomfortable in the evenings. All-in-all a wonderful place to stay with my family, but probably wouldn't book again for this reason.

Summary: This house felt like an undiscovered oasis -- our family of four (two kids under 10) felt so comfortable and well taken care of thanks to how clean the house was, the logically organized kitchen and bathrooms, and modern aesthetic. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a luxury! The two separate living spaces allowed us to have enough space for kids to play and adults to hang without being on top of one another. The kitchen comes with everything you might need and we really appreciated how efficient the induction stove and oven were when cooking meals. The area is super quiet with lovely panoramic window views of the beach. Beach access is right across the street with a clear path down to the beach. Beach wasn't too crowded even at the busiest of times (and we stayed during Spring Break). Would 10000% stay here again. Thank you!

Summary: We stayed for a girls weekend at this absolutely adorable house. The responsiveness in answering questions and providing suggestions was wonderful and the reminders about what we needed in order to both check in and check out were helpful. Being walking distance to so much in town and right on the beach with its amazing sunrises and sunsets was so perfect for us as we could sit there and enjoy the show while talking. Thank you for an amazing weekend and we can't wait to come back.
