AND YOU WILL LOVE THIS LOCATION - adjacent to the golf course – a private gate opening onto Mullet Bay Beach and a charming rock path leading to Cupecoy Beach!

Cupecoy Beach Club is located just a minute or two from the exciting new Jordan Village area with a new bakery, several fun restaurants and a brand new grocery store! Also Porto Cupecoy Village with its shops, restaurants, and gourmet grocery store is just a few minutes away and the Maho area with Casino Royale, charming shops, an almost unlimited choice in casual and fine dining and some of the best nightlife on the island!

THE ACCOMMODATIONS are perfect. There is one exterior flight of stairs (concrete with a landing) to your front door.

On this first level is an oceanfront King bedroom with private full bath and its' own Oceanfront terrace; a garden side King bedroom with private full bath; a 4th full bath; and a spacious living room, dining area and kitchen all opening to a PRIVATE OCEANFRONT TERRACE where you literally ‘overhang’ the ocean.

PLUS spectacular turquoise CARRIBEAN OCEANVIEWS at every glance.

The 3rd bedroom is up one level accessed via a wide spiral staircase. It features 2 Queen beds and private full bath.

And another private oceanfront sun-terrace on this level as well.

Summary: What a memorable stay and wonderful property. This property I think is the most unique property in this development as the property overlooks the water on a cliffs and you can hear the waves crashing, loved our morning coffee there. Anil such an amazing host and helps you with everything. Location is perfect, steps to mullet bay (best beach). Jordan village walking distance to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great location, great stay, paradise.....
