Positive: LOVED the facility! It WAS BEAUTIFUL and tastefully decorated!

Negative: The fact that we didn't have a coffee percolator. Jamaica has excellent coffee that I would have like to enjoy while there. You should have one for the asking and let guests know that it's available. I'm not a keurig person 🙃

Positive: It was managed well by Melissa and her staff. She met all my needs and made sure I was very well taken care of. She made it possible for a personal Chef upon request and hands down he cooked the best authentic Jamaican dishes i have ever ate!!! Will definitely recommend Melissa and staff to everyone. They have become my new favorite family!!! Property looks exactly like photos.

Positive: From entering the gated complex the staff at the gate was very professional and welcoming. The host, Nadine and house manager Melissa, check in occasionally to ensure all is well. Queries were responded to in a timely manner. The house felt homely, clean and spacious. Making breakfast was quite easy and convenient as all the necessary wares were available, it was pleasantly surprising to find certain ingredients such as honey and cinnamon powder, that made our french toast that much more delicious. The atmosphere was really conducive to relaxing with friends and family. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean. They had a high chair for toddlers, so it was real family friendly. Will most definately stay here again !
