Summary: The hotel being on the beach and the fun pools that they had outside and two pools inside made it very appealing for us and why we chose to stay there. The staff was great and hotel was great. We had trouble with our AC and it got fixed within an hour or two so that was a huge blessing. I would suggest going to this location in the summer. We were hit with cold weather so we were not able to enjoy the pools and some of the fun amenities. We were able to get out and walk on the beach and there are a lot of fun shops in the area so we had a blast but go when you are going to get warmer weather. We still had a blast and the hotel was great.

Summary: We had to wait in three different lines to get keys, go through security and then get arm bands! It took over 20 minutes. When I said how much longer because we had been driving for hours the one worker said at least we weren’t still sitting!! Room just ok door barely closed and coffee pot no coffee

Summary: Courteous staff. Nice daily activities. Housekeeping sent anything I requested quickly. We asked for repair the refrigerator icemaker, and it was done right away. We asked for repair on the heating unit several times until finally the fourth engineer realized it needed a shot of Freon. They were very responsive for every concern. We were upgraded from Ocean view to oceanfront without asking. The people who stay here are also amazing and kind. Parking was convenient and easy in the garage. Timeshare quality 100%!!!

Summary: I cannot give a good rating because I booked this hotel on hotels.com only to be contacted by the hotel the day of the reservation informing me that they had no room, and that they were going to give me a "similar suite at their sister property"...well their sister property was horrendous, and was in no way comparable...it was so bad in fact that as soon as we got there and checked into our room, we subsequently left and found another hotel....I am sure Ocean Walk is nice, as I know this from staying there prior, but better communication is needed between the facility and hotels.com so that they do not overbook or book rooms that are not available...and I felt misled by hotel management when they assured me that their sister hotel was comparable...
