Summary: the room i had was ground floor garden view, the gardens were nice sitting on patio having a beer was relax full, the room itself was bigger than usual had a tv but channels were very limited we actually never watched it after first time. bathroom was also big bath and shower few personal items ,storage for clothes was fine just shelves little hanging space, room was clean ,now it does need a bit of tlc, shower screen needs a good cleaning house keeping can take up to 5 o'clock to clean room sometimes forgot clean towels stairs to upstairs apartment are wooden can hear people coming and going, overall it passes for 3 star hotel room, just make sure if you don't like stairs ask for ground floor, the room they first gave us was on third floor no lift, they change us next day after we told them

Summary: We had a pool view room on the ground floor which had a full size bathroom including shower and bath. The bedroom was of a good size with tv only BBC news available for English speakers. Not a smart tv but not an issue as we brought our own firestick. We opted for half board which included buffet breakfast and evening meal plenty of choice. The private beach is perfect for sunbathing plus the hotel offers water sports and boat trips free of charge. The hotel is a little run down but during our stay we saw a number of improvements being made to rooms and facilities. Compared to other hotels in the area it is good value for money allowing you to enjoy the best of Mauritius.

Summary: Property was very good for a family. We took 2 separate rooms. Staff were accommodating to give us rooms adjacent to each other. Rooms were spacious. Good restaurant in the property and breakfast was included. Though lunch was a bit expensive. Has a private beach and some activities included in the price which was a plus. The only negative which needs to be taken care of is that the toilet has no door to separate it from the bathroom or from the bedroom also. While this may have been done keeping honeymoon couples in mind it does create foul smell in the room as there is no exhaust.

Summary: While I appreciated the hospitality and found most of the staff to be friendly, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. Upon arrival, I noticed that my bed sheets and pillow had several blood stains, which was quite concerning. After informing the reception, they did try to resolve the issue, which I appreciate, but such a situation should not have occurred in the first place. I believe housekeeping standards should be reviewed to ensure better cleanliness for future guests. Additionally, I encountered an issue with billing. I had only one extra drink during my stay, which I paid for immediately, as the rest was included in my booking. However, on the night before my departure, the receptionist informed me that I still had an open bill on my room. This was frustrating, as I knew I had settled my payment. I have experienced similar situations in other countries, and while I was not entirely surprised, I was disappointed to see it happen here. That being said, I do want to acknowledge that most of the staff were warm and welcoming, and I generally found people in Mauritius to be friendly and honest compared to other places I’ve traveled.
