Welcome to Casa Historia, your own private oasis in the exclusive residences of El Tule, halfway between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Quiet, secure, away from the hustle of in-town living.
The moment you walk through the front gates, you'll feel the stress of everyday melt away. The immediate sense of calm is almost overwhelming. Privacy abounds. The grounds are abundant with lush, tropical foliage. The 32 foot long saltwater pool immediately beckons you, while the poolside lounge chairs wait for you to sit down, grab a drink and relax.
Inside, you'll immediately feel at home, yet pampered, with all the high-end conveniences you'd expect... and so much more! Designer touches throughout, accented by one-of-a-kind antique & contemporary art from the region.
The main floor features open concept living bathed in natural light. You'll find a comfortable living area with a Frame TV that displays art even when the TV is off. As you walk toward the chef's kitchen, you'll pass an inviting dining area, beautifully complemented by a custom glass chandelier that, when turned on, glows from the warmth of hundreds of glass prisms.
The kitchen features designer appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove with convection oven, and a refrigerator that dispenses filtered water PLUS on-demand hot water. A center island provides plenty of prep space with breakfast seating. The pass-though window opens to connect you to the outside patio bar, perfect for entertaining!
On the main level there are two bedrooms, both equipped with wall-mounted LED TVs and luxury linens. In one room, there is a king-size bed and comfy accent chair w/ ottoman; in the other room, there is a queen size bed, along with a desk / chair to allow you to work while away. There is a full bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and dual sink vanity.
Upstairs, you'll find a private master suite, spa and veranda with sweeping 180 degree views of the ocean and another 90 degrees of the Baja desert. The moment you enter the bedroom, you will marvel at the bright, airiness of the room. You will marvel at the ocean views from anywhere you turn, even lying down in the comfortable king-size bed. Wake up each morning to a view that simply takes your breath away. Feel like sleeping in? Close the electronically activated shades and dream into the morning, beckoning the sea on your terms. The attached spacious bath features designer soaker tub, walk-in shower with rain shower head, dual sink vanity and a walk-in closet. Like almost every room in the house, our love of art is reflected in every room, every level.
For an even more awe-inspiring view, head up one more level to take in the multi-million dollar view from the top deck. If the season is right, catch whales breaching 100 yards off the cost, or manta rays (we call them majestic flap-flaps)
