Summary: The apartment was very well kept and clean. There were utensils and other kitchen items that came in handy for making breakfast for the family. The location was perfect as it was not far from all the beach activities. There was a security person 24 hours a day which helped with the safety aspect. There is street parking but it is literally in front of the building and security sits outside most of the time so everything felt safe. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend.

Summary: Nice secure building. We felt very safe. We enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. The building is lovely, the condo is lovely, and the location is wonderful. The staff of the building are wonderful and helpful and responsive.I was disappointed in the job that the cleaning crew did before we got there. The stove top was not cleaned at all; it was covered in grease. The building manager came right in and took care of it, but it kind of soured my feeling about the whole place. The stove is in a really strange location in the corner where half of it is blocked by a countertop. So if you’re hoping to do a lot of cooking, it will not be comfortable. It was not comfortable in the kitchen for us.

Summary: We had a great time. The owner made everything possible. The hot water wasn’t working when we told her it was fixed the next day. We had a leak in the ceiling when we told her we had someone to help us with bucket and mop right up. We left after so not sure if fixed right away. The only thing is the kitchen could use a few things like hand towels, dish towel, oven mitts etc. The stovetop wasn’t the best but we cooked on it so it works. We had a great time and would go back. Thanks

Summary: My parents have a property few blocks from this apartment, but coming for my mom’s 90th BD party. We needed a bigger place. I love the location and thr view of the ocean, as i have never had thatin Salinas. The building guards are very attentive and helpful. Will come back next year.

Summary: All was as expected with welcoming reception from staff .Tanya was great at communication,giving us good directions to get there by taxi from the bus terminal in Santa Elena.Unfortunately,we experienced difficulties with no hot water in the kitchen...and the refrigerator needed attention by a repairman.Tanya was available by the unit telephone,and she had the condo service people inspect our concerns.The refrigerator was repaired..hot water was still an issue but we understand that this was not a quick fix..so we adjusted!Happily we had hot water and good pressure in the shower.Tanya was most apologetic to us...and we appreciate the consideration that she promised us.We have no doubts that these concerns will be addressed as Tanya herself was to be in residence following our stay ....For future tenants,please note that drinking water is available from the staff who will deliver it to you for $2.25. We enjoyed taking the chairs and umbrella to the beach!..and the hammocks were used everyday for siestas! Happy to have a free telephone service to North America too!Jhimy,s restaurant,out the door,turn left...two blocks...GREAT place to eat!!Great prices to.The Jazz Club for an omelette is outstanding in taste and value...enjoy your stay!

Summary: Staff on site are very professional and helpful. Location is perfect. Close enough to beach and restaurants but far enough away to avoid noise. Owner Tanya was helpful and super quick to respond to questions. Overall great value and safe place to stay in Salinas
