Positive: It was located 30 seconds from the beautiful beach, the facilities seemed newly updated and had everything that we needed!! It was a short walk to the grocery store and steps to catch the trolley.

Negative: The door code system was complicated and difficult for us- a lot of numbers to remember.

Negative: The master bed was only a full and very uncomfortable. Also, it lacked rugs which would have helped with your feet not constantly feeling dirty. I would have also liked there to be tvs in the bedrooms.

Summary: It was a fantastic vacation.

Positive: The location of the property is perfect. It’s closely located to everything you need including Walgreen’s, Publix, and tons of restaurants. The property has updated counters and cabinets, and essentials were all present to make your own meal. Lots of towels were provided including beach towels which was very convenient. The outdoor patio table became our favorite spot to relax.

Negative: The property is very old and needs lots of updating to include the kitchen appliances, bathroom grout is filthy, the tile floors had stains, cracks and the bedroom linens had stains. When we arrived the property wasn’t cleaned, so we had to purchase our own supplies to clean it before we could move in for the week. Seriously disappointing considering the pictures made it look clean and ready for guests. Thankfully we were promised a cleaning fee refund for the two hours I had to take on my vacation to clean the property including the fridge inside. Overall, this property needs TLC before it should be considered ready for guests.

Summary: Great location, but needs lots of TLC.
