Summary: Ruben was a great host! He called us himself to make sure we were able to access the property and made sure to routinely check in. The gated community and the property itself are both very clean, efficient, and make you feel like you are at your home away from home. The AC split units work amazingly and keep the home cool. The view is amazing as well overlooking the marina, especially sitting in the pool— which was also very clean! The road next to the house is a little busy, so sometimes you can hear it during peak rush hours. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay, and will definitely be coming back. Thanks, Ruben!

Summary: Check in was super easy and Ruben walked us through everything. The location was accessible to everything, but in a safe gated community. Ferry to islands is within 10 mins. We loved the sliding doors that opend the place up to watch picturesque sunrises. AC worked great and house was clean. Ruben was very accommodating and let us stay an extra hour so we could go straight to ferry. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. House was in a gated community with amazing views of the marina. We loved sitting on the balcony at night. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning felt amazing at night.
