Positive: Good location, excellent in house facilities, love the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym was small but ok. Enjoyed the spa.

Negative: Room not cleaned properly. There were some dead flies in the windows area. Balcony was not clean at all. I want to sit in balcony with family to enjoy the beach view, but first we had to clean the floor and outside table as well. We stayed for 3 nights, no one came to clean room even for once.

Summary: Overall good experience. Nice loaction, value for money, only need to improve the cleaning services.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and clean and it had a nice view of the sea.

Negative: I think I expected more for what I paid. At reception, they could not help with a simple question (or any query coz they do not manage the pty). They also told us we could not use the pool. Inside the apartment, we could not connect the lounge TV. Coffee and tea facilities were minimal and no extras like 1 box of tissues was supplied. Overall I do not think the accom was value for money.

Negative: Could not fix the TV issue and thry want us to send email and taking photo of the issu. Send us wrong PIN number of the door lock. Also they want us to send photos for that as well. If someone comes for a 2 days and spend time for fixing things …. ???

Negative: We were told the day before we couldn’t check in until 3pm instead of 2pm. At no point prior to this had we been told which interfered with our plan on day 1. The main TV didn’t work unless you had a membership to streaming services, this includes terrestrial channels The TV in the bedroom was set up at all and we had to go through entire channel running set up. Not enough coffee pods supplied for 4 people over 5 days (4 supplied) and minimal toilet paper.

Summary: Generally the place was accommodating just a few finishing touches missing would have made it tops.
