Summary: The unit was fantastic. The service...not so much. My 16 year old niece left her wallet in the room. We called when we were halfway home to PA and nobody was helpful. Kingston Team members ignored our plea for help. Housekeeping took our call but provided zero follow up. Overall highly disappointed in the conclusion after what was a fantastic trip in a wonderful clean condo. We would have gladly permitted them to keep the cash and even paid them just to have her license returned, but nobody cares.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was amazing and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We were even able to check-in early which was a lifesaver after a long drive from NY. When we come back to Myrtle Beach, we will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week with our son's family. We appreciated access not only to the beach but to the various pools, restaurants, the water park that Hilton and Embassy Suites offered. The new waterpark was so fun for our grands (ages 13-5). The cabana rental enhanced the time spent there and gave the 8 of us welcomed shade and a respite when we wanted it. We didn't need to leave to "go and do" things because so much was available there.The property was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well maintained. Having a third bathroom was commendable. We definitely recommend this to anyone considering vacationing at Myrtle Beach!!
