Positive: I loved the closeness of the house to the sea ..... The view from the roof terrace, lounge & kitchen windows just amazing! .... Also the easy access to the ferry to cross to La Graciosa.... Norma was very attentive & always available to answer any questions.....

Negative: Having a late night arrival & no shops or restaurants open nearby we asked if there was water at the house ..... But between the 4 guests another 1.5l bottle would have been welcomed 🙏 Also maybe some beach towels to use on the sunbeds on the roof terrace ......

Summary: We had an amazing time exploring Lanzarote & La Graciosa..... Ocean Sunshine was a perfect base...

Positive: Highly recommended. Amazing family apartment, with huge terrace and best ocean view. We had everything we needed. Quiet area. Few minutes to drive to Playa de la Orzola and Caleton Blanco, Volcano Corona and Mirador del Risco around 12min. to drive. Local market is open till late evening. We’ll definitely be back in Ocean Sunshine Apartment.

Positive: Perfect place for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The house is right next to a sheltered bay on a quiet pedestrian street in a secluded area of Orzola, far from any noise and traffic. The place is massive, even bigger than we anticipated: 3 bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room and a large rooftop terrace. Wifi was reliable. Free parking is possible a few steps away, Caleton Blanco beach is accessible on foot in ~15-20 minutes via a superb walking trail that starts literally steps away from the house. Restaurants and a small supermarket are also accessible in no more than 15 minutes on foot. Everything was clean, the house was charming, we had a lovely time.

Negative: Not a problem for us fortunately, just note that the very friendly lady who will give you the key understands Spanish only (she does write in English with Google Translate via Whatsapp, however). Also note that only 1 bedroom has a window that opens to the street with natural light coming in.

Positive: Wonderful views and lovely and clean. Swimming from directly outside the house is possible when the tide is high enough. Norma is very accommodating about fitting in with your check in time and has created such a cosy property. Orzola is a very pretty village with ferries running hourly (or more often) to La Gloriosa. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Negative: Wifi needs updating - Norma is aware of this and looking into it.
