Positive: Very Clean, smelled clean looked clean when we got there. Nice and open, quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to. Kids enjoyed the game room and the swinging chair in the living room. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Negative: Screen doors kept getting stuck, which did not affect us much as we didn't use the back yard much. Otherwise great

Positive: Very welcoming, kitchen was decently stocked, plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. The game room was a bonus, I'd just recommend putting a table or something out there to put your drinks on for when playing the games.

Negative: Cleaners need to replace the sponge after every guest. Ours smelled so bad and there was no replacement so I had to go buy one. There is a birds nest on the Fire alarm outside. Bird poop is everywhere and at night when you went outside the birds would dive at you.

Positive: Clean, bright, close to beach, deers in the front yard, pool table was big hit with everyone.

Negative: Couldn’t get in, access code didn’t work. When calling for help, got answering machine and saying closing in 10 mins. Had to call book company for help. Thank you all we got it figured out but really stressful after driving 6 hours to get there. No note about how slippery the shower pans were, so leave mat out/not in a draw. Also rubber mats in kitchen, three of us tripped on them. Remove. Would have liked more wash cloths in bathrooms.
