Positive: Communication was fantastic! We are really pleased we found this amazing property and would definitely return! Ocean retreat was a real home from home! The owners thought of everything, from a lovely welcome pack (that was much needed after our journey and was greatly appreciated!) to magazines, board games, dvds etc. There was a hairdryer, iron and every kitchen item you could possibly need. The garden area was an absolute blessing with a 2 year old and the location was great. We drove to the zoo in 7 mins and 6 mins to the beach and park! It was a 5 min drive to a choice of supermarkets too. We loved the playarea and pier in Paighton and enjoyed some great walks. Ive slept better at Ocean retreat than I do at home! So peaceful and quiet in the evenings. And if you are up early enough, the sunrise from the top floor front bedroom was great! We've had an amazing time!

Positive: Everything. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and all requirements catered for. Even went the extra mile, milk in the fridge and other extras to make you feel welcome. Very quiet area and a view of the sea from your bedroom window. 👍😁
