Positive: The staff and the view and the overall hotel istself. It was lovely to recieve a gift upon departure.

Negative: No iron available. Limited power outlets.

Positive: This was my seventh visit to Ocean Point.......but the first after Covid. The property was well maintained and the hotel architecture resembles an Italian Villa. The variety of palm trees and the gardens were spectacular as before! The Staff is well educated with customer care and is very courteous and friendly. The biggest change was the kitchen......before there was a large buffet for every meal. However, after Covid, buffet style meals have been "outlawed" but their served meals are still exceptional with ultra fresh ingredients!!! We had the all inclusive package which I would highly recommend!

Negative: There was not one thing that we didn't like about this Hotel and Resort!
