Negative: We were not satisfied with our stay. The cleaning staff entered the room without any warning, even while our personal belongings were inside, which felt very uncomfortable. There were no signs available to indicate when we did not want to be disturbed. The hotel was also extremely noisy - almost every day during our seven-day stay there was loud noise, sometimes even after 1 a.m. This made it very difficult to rest and enjoy our time.

Summary: We were extremely disappointed with our stay and it was absolutely not worth the money.

Positive: Location is amazing - right there on the beach, and less crowded than nearby beach bars and facilities. Great waters and excellent for long Beach walks. The family that runs Ocean is always at your service! No ask goes unnoticed and they made our stay very smooth.

Negative: There seems to be a personnel shortage for high season. Ocean would benefit from a few more hands during the month of August. There was no direct impact on our stay, however we could occasionally see and experience the fatigue on the people trying tirelessly to keep everything smooth.
