Summary: We had a seaview room and the view was superb. The Aircon and fan kept it lovely and cool.Almost all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. As we were there over Easter weekend it was very lively and the music by the pool was very loud. When the guests had left on Tuesday it was really peaceful and quiet. The menu is quite varied but often items were not available so we had to change our orders. Also, food and drinks service were very slow. All in all though we loved the location of the hotel, the room and the friendliness of the staff. It is pretty isolated and, unlike most guests, we didn't have a car, but we walked into the village a few times and there are taxis available.

Summary: The place is very nice and beautiful. The only disappointed thing was the TV channels. It was all local channels. I was told it was the settings, i should have let them know . I think everything should be reset before the guest comes in. Also couple of times that the maintenance men were trying to come in, unaware that the room was occupied. Apart from that, i love the place. It highly recommended. Don't worry about the road. When you get there, you will forget about the bad road

Summary: Better customer service needed; my guests were accused of being fraudulent when they showed staff their Expedia reservation and weren't provided the room that was requested for them.

Summary: I like the accessibility to the beachfront. The staff is very accommodating. I booked the least expensive room, and the only furniture in the room was a bed. I asked for a garbage bin and chair, which I promptly received.
