Whether you enjoy an active beach lifestyle, want to explore the amazing things Perth has to offer or simply want to relax in the pool or on the balcony enjoying the splendid views, glass of wine in hand watching the sunset set on another WA day then this is the house for you.

Our home is a spacious four-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom house located on the Sunset Coast between Hillarys Marina/Sorrento Quay and Scarborough Beach.

Two of the bedrooms feature Queen sized beds with private ensuite facilities. The third bedroom features twin beds. The fourth room features a single/double bunk with optional trundle (if required). There is also an additional sofa bed in a common area. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and are light, clean and spacious.

The house is family friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay including Flat Screen TV, unlimited WiFi, Netflix, Playstation and Nespresso coffee machine. With two separate living areas there is plenty of space so while the adults enjoy the upstairs balcony watching the sunset the kids are entertained in the Theatre Room watching movies or gaming.

At the rear of the property there is a swimming pool, heated spa, BBQ and outdoor entertaining area.

On site secure parking is available for two vehicles and space for three additional vehicles in the front yard.

Summary: House exceeded our expectations- was more spacious and better equipped than photos suggested. Amanda had also stocked the fridge with lots of complimentary extras on arrival which was a nice touch

Summary: We stayed for the last two weeks in October 2017 and Australian weather was variable.This meant it was even more important to have a great place to go home to every night. Comfortable beds ,high quality linen,great views and absolutely everything to enjoy at this property.Amanda was very welcoming and attentive and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.
