Positive: The beach house was certainly roomy enough. Four good sized bedrooms. Plenty of seating in the dining area and living room. Internet was reliable and the television package provided a wide selection of offerings. Easy access to the beach. For the size and space, comparatively speaking it was relatively well priced.

Negative: The house is old and tired. It appears that past water damage (warping) prevented us from using certain cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.The floors are not level also suggesting some type of previous damage or inadequate repair. The mattresses are worn and soft. The bedrooms were sparsely furnished. The front porch was exposed, offering no protection from the sun. No outdoor shower. Dishes and cooking utensils were adequate but not exceptional. The beach perhaps due to recent storms was littered with a lot of broken shells making footing tricky particularly when entering the water. We learned however that this tends to be a characteristic of the west beach particularly as far out as we were.

Summary: It was fair value for what we paid but not a location that I would rush back to.

Positive: The location was great! The house was beautiful and we had lots of room. The ladies really enjoyed the kitchen and the view. They got to see dolphins every morning. We all loved that we could step off the porch and be right on the beach.

Negative: We really loved everything but we love to cook and wish we would have had a few more cooking supplies.Like, mixing bowls, whisk, spatulas, few more kitchen towels and pot holders. Wish we would have had a few more wash clothes and towels. There were 8 of us. Over all there was really nothing we didn't like.

Summary: The stay was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Location was great. Quick Response to requests or questions.

Negative: No out door shower to rinse off ( just hose ) . Washer and dryer located in storage room under house, had to walk outside to get to( but not like we used it a lot). 1/2 bathroom somewhere would be nice.

Summary: Had a great time wonderful location. House was two bath and four bedroom but layout worked well.
