Positive: Duane and Andrea were exceptional hosts. Communication was great, lots of good information, checked in multiple times during our stay to see how things were going. The detail in their place was so appreciated! Beautiful view on very comfy patio furniture, more than adequate lighting, activities for families, an outlet tower, a cooler in the freezer to take downstairs, air freshener in the bathroom, a swinging arm in the shower for hanging loofahs etc, towels that weren't white, actual bedding, extra blankets and pillows, a comfy couch to relax on, beach chairs and floaties.. our entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Their guidebook offers excellent local suggestions for dining and activities. They even provided a welcome basket of bottled water and snacks! I would absolutely recommend booking with them, I know we'll be back!!

Positive: The room was great! Everything in the room was up to date, comfortable and had everything I needed. It was amazing watching the sunrise every morning from the room. Duane and Andrea were great hosts and communicated before and during the stay. The hotel was right on the ocean so it was a great location. I did like how you needed a key to get places because I felt it kept non guests out. I would highly recommend their place.
Negative: The hotel was a little outdated, but that didn't matter because this particular room was excellent as well as the pool and outdoor areas.
Summary: Excellent place to stay right on the ocean to watch the sunrise from your room every morning!
