3 Bedroom Cottage in Tryon, Borden-Carleton

Located on the south shore of PEI on the ocean, it is a cozy and comfortable , new, three bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. There is wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and dish washer. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed, bedroom #2 has one queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 1 single bed and one double bed ( in the form of bunk beds) and another double bed. The kitchen and living room are open concept and there is a 50 inch TV in the living room. Also, there are TVs in each bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean, equipped with a BBQ and deck furniture. The cottage is air conditioned. And there is a fire pit over looking the ocean.
The cottage is located within a 40 minute drive to Charlottetown, about 30 minutes to Cavendish, 15 minutes to 'Summerside and about 10 minutes off the Confederation Bridge. It is also conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the charming town of Victoria By the Sea. Victoria is a very quaint and small village with lots to do. There are several very good restaurants, summer theatre, and lots of tourist shopping. Also, there are kayak rentals.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. Summary: This was our second time staying here (3rd visit to PEI) & have loved everything about this cottage. The hosts are very easy to communicate with, the views are spectacular, & the kitchen (& entire cottage) is well-equipped, very clean, & welcoming. We’re hoping to return again!

Summary: Overall cleanliness and attention to details was outstanding! They thought of everything! If you forgot to pack something chances are they thought of it. Loved the view. Owner was always available to answer questions. Before arriving there had been some comments about the stairs. The stairs were replaced with metal ones. Although the weather was cloudy and cold it gave us the opportunity to spend quality time with our family who we rarely get a chance to see. Best rental we ever had bar none!!

Summary: Beautiful! Amazing view and relaxing.The cottage was very nice and clean. Patricia and Derrick were quick at replying and answered all of our questions and concerns. The only negative thing would be those stairs going down to the ocean. They were a bit scary. I would rent this place again if I had the chance to.

Summary: We had a great time at this lovely, waterfront Borden-Carleton home. The property, with stairs down to the red sand beach, was beautiful. The open living room, dining room, kitchen is a great space with a terrific view over the water. The deck, which has the same wonderful view, is spacious. The house is in a convenient location, a short drive to Victoria, a charming seaside town, which has great restaurants and nice little stores. Patricia was a warm and responsive host. We were welcomed with flowers and baked goods, and the house had everything we needed.

Summary: Love the spot. Excellent for exploring the bottom when the tides are out. Beautiful space, Only tbing i can say is its very bright and perhsps could use more drapes on least one side. But can see how perhaps the view is better. Also Stairs are not safe NOT SAFE
