Summary: My daughter and her now husband had been to New Smyrna Beach many times and wanted to get married here. They decided to have a beach wedding and needed a house on the beach that could handle around 20 guests. We found this house and it met our needs. Upon our arrival, we knew it was perfect!! It was on the beach with a spectacular view of the water. The owner Teri was there when we arrived and we knew as an owner, this house was her passion. There are 4 units that make up the property so everyone had some privacy but at the same time we were all able to party together. The wedding ceremony was performed on the beach and went off without a hitch. The weather cooperated and everything was beautiful.Now, the guests want to make this a yearly event!!The description of the property was spot on. It was clean, roomy, and had all of the amenities. I would highly recommend this property. Also, if you want to bring your car on the beach, the entrance is right next door

Summary: We rented all four units to accommodate our children and grandchildren. This was the perfect setup to give everyone their space yet be together and watch the grandchildren play. The location is convenient to Flagler Ave and we walked up to watch the Christmas Parade.

Summary: We had an incredible time here! The units were incredibly clean and well kept. Communication with Terry was awesome. She was so quick to respond and work with us! The view from the porch is beautiful and you can't beat the access to the beach. They have everything you would need.
