Positive: The condo is charming, cozy, convenient, spacious, and in a great location. The front desk personnel is friendly and helpful. You get to wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The amenities are there for your convenience (pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner, television). It is centrally located within walking distance of the grocery store, Walgreens, a bank, and the famous kiosks! You are centrally located to El Yunque Forest, and only 20-25 mins from Fejardo PR where there is plenty of snorkeling! We didn't speak to Alvy while there as everything was self explanatory but she makes it clear that if you need her, she is there! This is a great condo and we will def be back.

Negative: Minor things that if we were to reach out to Alvy, I'm sure she could have accommodated us. Like, we did not have enough fresh washcloths, and it could have been cleaned a little better. There isn't a washer or dryer on premises, but there is one close by!

Positive: I usually don't leave reviews, but Alvy and her husband were the BEST. From the day I booked, she was right there. Even suggested I change my dates bc storms were SUPPOSED to hit. I booked anyway, and it was the best decision and most relaxing, sunny vacation I've taken. The condo was super stocked with EVERYTHING for you, kids. Everything you need is "right there" in the area, but you need a car due to traffic. Beach is right there. You'll want a car to explore the beautiful island anyway. Will be returning soon

Positive: The property was AMAZING!!! Walking distance to many restaurants and only a 20 minute drive/uber to fajardo, where we booked a boat trip to icacos and culebra! Also very close to the hacienda where we did ziplining and atvs
