Summary: I have been staying her at least once a year for the last 5 years. I love the property but it really needs to be upgraded. Thank you to Jessica at the front desk she fixed my room issue IMMEDIATELY when I reported it. She the best! I love the location just wish it would get a face lift.

Summary: When I first got to the hotel , the card reader wasn’t working ,I was told to go to the rooms & someone will get with me in the morning . The rooms were set up nice, but as I walked through the rooms I saw hair all over . The elevator wasn’t really working and actually got stuck on it , someone had to push the button from outside. There is also no one to bring you towel’s and When it was time to check out the card reader still wasn’t working & I had to go and get cash out. Irritated was the most of the trip.

Summary: This hotel was in poor condition. There was black mold around the air vents and metal from the balcony that was actively falling into the patio chair during our stay. We called Hotels to report the condition and they stated that they could not relocate us, but would work on getting us compensation after our stay due to the hazardous conditions of the property. There has not been any communication from hotels or the property on any form of a refund. We had two small children with us and the property had several broken areas that were not properly marked off. This is the first property that I ever stayed at that made us sign a contract stating that we would not sure them for by injury while on the property. After checking in we found out why. Very dissatisfied with the sty and the way that hotels has handled this complaint.
