Gaze at rolling hills and ocean views and feel the breezes from this beautiful perch you will call home for as many days as you can get away. Enjoy your morning meditation or evening sunsets from the outside patio furnished with every possible comfort.
This gorgeous custom-built guesthouse was thoughtfully designed to offer guests a peaceful and private stay. Settle in to a fully furnished, spacious one bedroom with plenty of closet space, large bathroom, laundry facilities, living room and a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen. Views abound from every window in the guesthouse. Waking up in the oh so comfortable Tempur Pedic queen sized bed with views of the well cared for property with so many plants and trees is a great way to start your day.
The spacious bathroom with granite counter tops offers a beautiful shower with river rock flooring and a custom wall seat.
The large built-in laundry closet with a top/bottom washer and dryer is conveniently located in this large room but out of the way and is very quiet.
The kitchen has plenty of custom cabinets and granite counter top space with a pass through to an outside granite counter top for convenient barbequing and serving.
The wrap around patio has entrances from the two front entrance doors as well as the bedroom and living room.
We enjoy year-round temperate weather, with ocean breezes almost every afternoon. The 4.1 acre property is gated and extremely private.
Our location, as a crow flies, is about 8 miles from the ocean and is close to Fallbrook, Bonsall and Oceanside, with Camp Pendleton's rolling hills directly west facing from the patio and kitchen window. In just 10 - 15 minutes you can be in Fallbrook, or Oceanside and shopping areas. Fallbrook boasts art galleries, fun boutiques, a weekly farmers market and of course, the annual Avocado Festival in April. The beaches of Oceanside and Harbor are a short 25 minute drive through our hills and down to the coast. Equally distant from the Interstate 5 and 15 going to the North, Temecula Wine Country is a 30 minute drive. There are over 40 wineries to choose from in the Temecula area with restaurants and evening entertainment. Of course, Fallbrook is becoming it's own little wine country, boasting several excellent award winning wineries - Fallbrook Winery and The Beach House Winery (located just around the corner) for a start. Downtown San Diego and the San Diego Airport is about an hour away but worth the drive to go to the Zoo, Balboa Park's museums and exhibits and so much more. Legoland is about 30 minutes away in Carlsbad.

Summary: Phil and Stephanie were amazing hosts. They greet you personally and show you all the property has to offer. The house is perfect and the scenery is outstanding. Summary: Everything about our visit to Ocean Breezes Guesthouse in Fallbrook was lovely. Our stellar hosts, Stephanie and Phil, mindfully furnished and stocked every aspect of the gorgeous and comfortable indoor space. The ample grounds, wrap around veranda and amazing views made spending time outside spectacular. We had a great stay and highly recommend it for individuals and couples. Summary: The kindest hosts we’ve come across. They were so kind and thoughtful. The guesthouse is very nice and private and far enough away from their home to make it feel it’s on its own. The place is very nice and up to date and very clean. Lots of wineries and hiking trails in the area. Would recommend this place to those wanting a weekend getaway or just a quiet place to relax. Again, hosts are very kind! :)

Summary: This was probably my top 1 or 2 favorite places that I've ever stayed! The hosts, Stephanie and Phill have thought of everything that your heart could desire for a Fallbrook getaway! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet them but I know they're as sweet as their daughter that was kind enough to show us around. Their communication was easily 10 stars. My mom and I stayed here for a girls weekend and felt very relaxed and rejuvenated after our trip. The house shares property with the owners and is absolutely beautiful. There are tons of outside seating areas to enjoy the beauty of the 4 acre property. The kitchen and bathroom are large and have everything you could need. The bed, although tall for my mom was super comfortable (and we're pretty critical of beds). We didn't cook but enjoyed some great local restaurants that had takeout. An added bonus was that I was able to bring my small dog! This place is really great. I can't wait to visit again!
