Positive: Apartment clean and suitable for group, great location and good size pools. Didn't use most of the facilities except for pool bar which was ok, staff friendly but not very engageing seem to have returning customers who they focussed on.

Negative: Apartment very dated with uncomfortable beds, bathrooms no matter how cleaned smelled probabably the drains. TV didn't work along with half of the lights, plus needed to have shower fixed on first day not working. To be fair fixed within the hour.

Positive: Room was nicely decorated and modern. Nice big bathroom with powerful shower. Choice of 3 pools. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had quite a good choice of items.

Negative: The shower needs a bigger screen, water flooded the bathroom making the sink and toilet area very slippery an accident waiting to happen. Mattress vey hard on the bed and bed cover very nylon and far to small for the bed would have much preferred a cotton sheet.

Positive: Location was good, far enough from the ‘strips’ that it was quite but close enough if you wanted them

Negative: Tired, came 6 years ago. Seemed relatively fresh, doesn’t look like it’s had a coat of paint since the first visit. The detail is tired.

Negative: Rooms weren't as expected/as shown in photos. The manager was very nice and did give us an explanation, and extended checkout free of charge, but we still feel rooms weren't as shown to us when booked, although the bedrooms were nice enough.

Positive: Location, swim up balcony, The cleaners made lots of special designs with our towels, this always made us smile every day, cleanliness, Spa facilities were exceptional, The breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff.

Negative: Holiday makers were putting towels out at 7 o’clock every morning. After that time none would be available. These beds then stayed empty with just towels on until gone 12 .. sometimes even later. This was not fair on all the other hotel guests. The hotel staff should be monitoring this.

Positive: The hotel was located in a very central area to all the main tourist spots. Staff were lovely and kind. The room was gorgeous when we eventually got the right one. The pool area was fantastic, we spent a whole day relaxing by it.

Negative: Unfortunately, the stay did not go that smoothly for us. We booked the Delux Jacuzzi Room, and when we arrived, we got a smaller than average bath tub with some jets. This room is not shown anywhere on the website. We were shocked. It was advertised as if it were meant for two people to be able to fit. It was shown in the images with rose petals and two wine glasses in some photos... I could barely fit in it myself (I'm a regular size for a female). When we went to the reception to discuss the situation, they were quite understanding. We were told that all rooms were fully booked out, so we could not switch until 1 pm tomorrow. We returned to reception at 1pm, and we were told there was no room ready, and they asked if we could come back the following day. We said no, we had plans to go out for the day and by the time we returned at 7 pm there was a room ready for us that matched the advertisement. However, there were issues with the jacuzzi. It was leaking and also extremely dirty when the jets were turned on. You could see other peoples dead skin all in the bath, so we opted to just not use the jets in the end. The shower also wasn't able to stay warm. It would flip flop between cold and temperate. Then we had a few other smaller, less significant fixable issues like the TV, and the air-conditioning remote was not working. Overall, for the price we paid, we believed that it should have met higher expectations.
