Negative: 1. The accommodation started out poorly, but then I got a room that I was happy with. 2. We were supposed to be a couple, but my friend wasn't feeling well, so I had to be alone... 3. Yesterday there was no hot water until 3 o'clock and the phone didn't work. 4. Despite reporting to you, there are still frogs in the toilet, and I had to use the public restroom yesterday.

Positive: The pools and rooms were excellent. I used the spa best deep tissue massage I've ever had

Negative: Restaurant as it was so quiet,no atmospheric music, just the sound of cutlery hitting plates and voices. No bat snacks to have in the afternoon it felt like you had to pay for everg little thing even though we paid triple the price of place previously stayed which was all inclusive
