OCEAN 17 is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests and is only a short walk to the beach.
Open plan kitchen with microwave, dining and lounge area with 65 inch Google TV as well as Hubble streaming service , DVD player.
Bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and w/c.
Laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer.
Outside deck with Gas BBQ and outdoor setting, fish cleaning facilities, plenty of room for the boat.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 bunks.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Summary: Beautiful home. Everything you need there ready to go. We did have to swap a mattress over in the bunk room, due to my child wanting to sleep on top bed but the springs were poking through the mattress.
