Positive: I generally give 10 in a review rating if the accommodation actually has the facilities described in the room. Hence it is really important to look at what each accommodation is offering and decide for yourself if this is what you are after. Not the fact that I have rated the accommodation 10. I am not looking for 5 star luxury either. When I travel for holidays I am looking for really basic amenities. Front desk were helpful. The location was good for me as I enjoy walking. The tram is outside the door along with a train station. Supermarkets are close by. I also made use of the laundromat about a block away located as part of the petrol station as opposed to the one across the road. Very clean and simple to follow instructions. There are no coffee facilities in the room. However you can purchase coffee from reception.

Positive: Conveniently located just two tram stations(or a 15-20 minutes walk) away from Seville's historical center, with the public transport station just across the street(which also has a direct link to/from the airport). Spacious underground parking if you need it. Very good and diverse breakfast with lots of local food. Friendly and helpful staff, and I would especially mention here the guys at the bar who were available to give you a cold beer even at 10PM :)

Positive: Staff were nice, one was a bit slow but I believe he was fairly new. Breakfast was great, could use a little more variety, but what was available was quite luxurious. The baby cot they provided was cozy and big. Great location, right next to the train station, and a short walk to the heart of Sevilla

Negative: Our room may have not been used in a while, because little flies showed up when we ran water and showered. Only a few and was only slightly annoying
