Summary: Excellent breakfast. Even a chef preparing your customized omelette. Big pool area. Very close to the beach

Summary: Really good hotel, nice pool area and very clean throughout. The cooked breakfast is quite poor but there's lots of fruit and pastries to make up for it. The pool bar food is very reasonably priced and god quality. Only gripe was we paid for food at the pool bar and as we left the server shouted at my wife across the bar and said she'd paid the wrong bill....which is the one we were given. They then ignored her and served people while she asked for them to sort out the issue and made it look like we were trying to con them. In the end she just threw some money on the bar and left. They were so rude and it tainted the stay, although I would say the young lady on the main reception was super helpful when checking in.

Summary: Have stayed before and enjoyed this time again, The food was excellent as always and our requests were taken care of no issues. I noticed a few tiles missing out the pool which was not consistent with the rest of the Hotel. The pool bar staff were quite grumpy and ignorant- this may not have been intentional but chatting with colleagues whist serving customers is rude and slows down the already very slow Barcelo process for ordering a beer! Noticed the gym has new kit which was a nice surprise as it had been poor for a couple of years.
