Positive: I was initially worried that the hotel was in a residential area outside the city. However, getting around could not have been easier as there are frequent buses outside the hotel and an underground station 5 minutes walk away. Would also suit anyone with a car as it saves driving into the congested areas. The staff were all very friendly and efficient.

Negative: Just one minor negative comment is that there are no drawers in the room and only a few shelves. There is also a hanging rail with no doors so it makes the room look a little untidy with all clothes on show.

Negative: Fitness sessions outside our window with loud music at 7am. Not enough beds at the pool. 80% of visitors lie on the ground
